The purpose of this site is to allow online access for eligible child care providers to complete, submit, view and update the Provider Agreement, Rate and Banking Information Forms. These forms must be submitted using this website in order to receive payment for child care services provided to eligible families.

The planned shutdown of the Provider Portal has been put on hold until further notice. Please note that the information in the portal is not the most recent. Any information obtained previously, by way of using the CCIDS portal, is available in the KinderConnect system located at KinderConnect Logon (ohiocctap.com).
