The purpose of this site is to allow online access for eligible child care providers to complete, submit, view and update the
Provider Agreement, Rate and Banking Information Forms. These forms must be submitted using this website
in order to receive payment for child care services provided to eligible families. |
This message is to notify users that the CCIDS Portal will be shut down permanently on 05/31/2024. After 05/31/2024 all external users of the CCIDS provider portal will no longer have access to the system. Any information obtained previously, by way of using the CCIDS portal, is available in the KinderConnect system located at KinderConnect Logon (ohiocctap.com). Thank you.
