The purpose of this site is to allow online access for eligible child care providers to complete, submit, view and update the
Provider Agreement, Rate and Banking Information Forms. These forms must be submitted using this website
in order to receive payment for child care services provided to eligible families.
The Ohio Department of Budget Management conducts accounting activities for all state departments at the end of each state fiscal year June 30. This process causes a one week delay in deposits of child care provider payments. In 2018 the affected week is June 24, 2018. The payment for this week will be held and sent out the week of July 1, in addition to the payment for the week of July 1. Providers will receive two deposits however, both payments may be delayed due to the July 4th holiday.
