Welcome to The CCIDS Provider Portal

The purpose of this site is to allow online access for eligible child care providers to complete, submit, view and update the Provider Agreement, Rate and Banking Information Forms. These forms must be submitted using this website in order to receive payment for child care services provided to eligible families.

The Ohio Department of Budget Management conducts accounting activities for all state departments at the end of each state fiscal year, June 30. This year, the affected week is June 23, 2019. Attendance submitted for payment between June 16, 2019 – June 29, 2019 will be held. Payments calculated during the weeks of 6/23/19 and 6/30/19 will both be settled on July 1, 2019. Programs can look for two deposits within 5-7 business days. Deposits may be delayed due to the July 4th holiday.
