The purpose of this site is to allow online access for eligible child care providers to complete, submit, view and update the Provider Agreement, Rate and Banking Information Forms. These forms must be submitted using this website in order to receive payment for child care services provided to eligible families.

The Ohio Department of Budget Management conducts fiscal year end accounting activities for all state departments, state fiscal year is July 1 - June 30. This process causes a delay in deposits of child care program payments. The affected time this year is service weeks June 21 and June 28. These payment weeks will be held and processed on Wednesday July 1, programs will receive both payments in 5-7 business days after this date, however, the payments may be delayed due to the holiday July 4th.
